RESOLVED

  1. By the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook that the Town Board hereby authorizes the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Change Order for the Plugin Stations Online LLC contract for the Project.
Show preamble — 2 WHEREAS clauses
  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract with Plugin Stations Online, LLC for the acquisition of two fast charging pedestals at the Town Hall in the Town of Red Hook (the "Project"), based on plans and specifications ("Plans") on file with the Town Clerk, with a contract amount of $151,176.00; and
  • WHEREAS, a Change Order with a net increase of $29,893.43 for additional trenching and primary cable, transformer vault and bollards, and conduit per bank easement agreement was submitted by Plugin Stations Online LLC for a new total contract amount of $181,069.43
