RESOLVED

  1. the Highway Superintendent is authorized to accept the foregoing bids and purchase hot mix asphalt as needed for general highway maintenance purposes at prices for dense base, dense binder and shim from A. Colarusso and Son, Inc., and top ½ and top ¼ (Armor Coat) from Callanan Industries, Inc. for the 2019 calendar year within applicable budgetary authority
