- All bids for the Hot Mix Asphalt are hereby rejected
- The Town Clerk is authorized and directed to readvertise for requests for sealed bids for hot mix asphalt as directed by the Highway Superintendent, in accordance with the foregoing specifications

- WHEREAS, sealed bids for various grades of blacktop (hot mix asphalt) for 2026 were publicly opened and read on October 2, 2025, after due notice pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, with bids being received from a single bidder, as shown on the attached bid tabulation
- WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has recommended that rejection of bids and rebidding would be in the best interests of the Town
- WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has prepared a bid specifications package in the form on file with the Town Clerk
