RESOLVED

  1. that the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby set the 2nd day of November, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., as and for the date and time of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook to hear all interested parties with regard to the preliminary budget for the Town of Red Hook for the year 2023
  2. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, County of Dutchess, State of New York (the "Town"), as follows: The compensation to be paid to the following officers is as follows: Supervisor $58,466; Town Board Member (each) $9,419; Town Clerk $60,562; Town Justices (each) $19,371; Highway Superintendent $71,126
  3. that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in The Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of the Town, on or before October 28, 2022, which is not less than five days prior to the date of said public hearing
