RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby set the 28th day of October, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., as and for the date and time of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook to hear all interested parties with regard to the preliminary budget for the Town of Red Hook for the year 2022
  2. the compensation to be paid to the following officers is as follows: Supervisor $32,575; Town Board Member (each) $9,175; Town Clerk $58,798; Town Justices (each) $18,806; Highway Superintendent $69,054
  3. the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said public hearing in The Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of the Town, on or before October 20, 2021, which is not less than five days prior to the date of said public hearing

  • WHEREAS, due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, the Town Hall is closed to the general public except by appointment until further notice and pursuant to New York Laws of 2021 Chapter 417, the public will not be permitted to attend in person and the board members are expected to participate in the public hearing in a video conference teleconference
