RESOLVED
- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to accept the foregoing proposal for the Project and execute the Agreement with the Consultant in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the officer executing the same

- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook (the "Town") has been awarded a NYS DEC Hudson River Estuary Program grant in the amount of $63,820 to conduct a Natural Resource Inventory ("NRI") for the Town
- WHEREAS, the Town issued a Request for Proposals dated August 6, 2025, as amended August 27, 2025, for the acceptance of proposals for a qualified consultant to prepare a Natural Resources Inventory (the "Project"), with proposals received by September 12, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
- WHEREAS, after review of the proposals received, the Town Board has determined to enter into an Agreement for Professional Services between Hudsonia Ltd. (the "Consultant") and the Town, substantially in the form on file with the Town Clerk ("Agreement"), to provide consulting services for the Project in the amount of $58,820.00
