RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby confirm the appointment of Cheryl Kaszluga to the position of Assessor commencing October 1, 2025, at a salary of $54,743, as a part-time (24 hour per week position) and with scheduled office hours as indicated in the letter on file with the Town Clerk
  2. The Town Supervisor and the Town Bookkeeper are authorized and directed to execute any documents necessary to comply with the intent of this resolution and the Town Clerk is authorized and directed to notify the Dutchess County Director of Real Property Tax Services and the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance of this appointment
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
