RESOLVED

  1. The bids received and opened on August 4, 2023 are hereby rejected.
  2. The Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the solicitation of bids for the Project substantially in accordance with specifications prepared by the Project Engineer, with bids to be received on August 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. or at such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening.

  • WHEREAS, pursuant to a notice of public bids dated July 13, 2023, sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on August 4, 2023 for the "Fruit Bud Lane Rec Park Connector," Contract No. R5004-031, in the Town (the "Project")
  • WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Innovation Grant Program ("M.I.G.") applicable to the Project, the County has required a rebid
  • WHEREAS, T&B Engineering, P.C. ("Project Engineer") has prepared documents required to advertise for bids for the Project, as described in the specifications prepared by the Project Engineer, a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, the Supervisor of the Town of Red Hook has requested that the Town proceed with readvertising for requests for bids for the proposed Project substantially in accordance with specifications prepared by the Project Engineer and subject to the M.I.G. requirements
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined under the State Environmental Quality Review Act that the proposed Project constitutes an unlisted action which will not have an adverse impact on the environment
