  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the St. Margarets HVAC Change Order #1 and Change Order #2 for the Van Etten Contracting, LLC contract for the St. Margarets Accessibility Improvements Project

(the "Town Engineer"), with a contract amount of $217,700.00 and the Town Engineer has recommended a change order #1 with a net increase of $9650.00, and a change order #2 with a net increase of 9500.00 (total contract price incorporating change orders $236,850.00) in the form on file with the Town Clerk, and the final completion date unchanged
