RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby approves the Updated Disaster Plan.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Disaster Preparedness Committee has prepared a proposed updated Local Disaster Plan ("Updated Disaster Plan"), a copy of which has been submitted to the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, and such Updated Disaster Plan is on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, the Updated Disaster Plan is intended to organize a response plan that will provide measures to be taken for the reduction of the effects of a disaster and to protect life, health and property
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that the proposed project is best described as a local legislative decision concerning routine administration and management constituting a "Type II" action
