RESOLVED
- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the solicitation of bids for the HVAC Project and the Plumbing Project, with bids to be received until 3:00 p.m. on August 30, 2023 or such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening.

- WHEREAS, the Supervisor has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for requests for bid for the "TOWN OF RED HOOK- ST. MARGARET's HVAC EQUIPMENT" in the Town substantially in accordance with the revised specifications prepared by Tighe and Bond as Town Engineer, including the acquisition and installation of 10 mini-split indoor units of 15,000 BTU each, as further described in the specifications (the "HVAC Project")
- WHEREAS, the Supervisor has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for requests for bid for the "TOWN OF RED HOOK- ST. MARGARET's PLUMBING" in the Town substantially in accordance with the specifications prepared by Tighe and Bond as Town Engineer, including materials, equipment and labor necessary for the installation of one ADA compliant bathroom, two non-ADA bathrooms, and a kitchenette at locations designated by roughin within the building, as further described in the specifications (the "Plumbing Project")
