RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof
  2. The Supervisor, the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Intermunicipal Agreement
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, a proposed form of an Intermunicipal Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Town of Rhinebeck regarding Rhinebeck Kennel and Backup Dog Control has been submitted to the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook and is on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has determined that entering into an Intermunicipal Agreement for Shared Services with the Town of Rhinebeck regarding the Rhinebeck Kennel and Backup Dog Control, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk (the "Intermunicipal Agreement"), is in the best interests of the Town
  • WHEREAS, the proposed action constitutes a Type II action which will not have an adverse effect on the environment
