RESOLVED
- The Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof.
- The Supervisor the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Intermunicipal Agreement.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.

- WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has reviewed a draft of an Amended Intermunicipal Agreement for Shared Services regarding Recreational Facilities between the Town of Red Hook and the Red Hook Central School District, providing for a term of three years commencing January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2024, with net usage fees of $25,000 in 2022, $50,000 in 2023 and $55,000 in 2024, subject to further renewal as provided therein; and
- WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has determined that entering into the Amended Intermunicipal Agreement for Shared Services regarding Recreational Facilities between the Town of Red Hook and the Red Hook Central School District, in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk (the "Intermunicipal Agreement"), is in the best interests of the Town; and
- WHEREAS, the proposed action constitutes a Type II action which will not have an adverse effect on the environment;
