RESOLVED

  1. Section 1 of the December 11, 2018 Bond Resolution is hereby amended by increasing the estimated maximum cost of the Stony Brook Road bridge replacement to $325,000, with a period of probable usefulness of twenty years.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
Show preamble — 3 WHEREAS clauses
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has previously adopted its Bond Resolution No. 84 dated December 11, 2018 (the "December 11, 2018 Bond Resolution") authorizing the issuance of serial bonds for a bridge replacement on Stony Brook Road; and
  • WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the estimated maximum total project cost by $100,000 for such project; and
  • WHEREAS, this resolution amends the December 11, 2018 Bond Resolution, as of the effective date of this resolution, provided however that nothing in this resolution shall be deemed to amend the terms of the outstanding obligations issued pursuant to the December 11, 2018 Bond Resolution or affect the validity thereof
