RESOLVED

  1. The firm of Rizzo & Kelley PLLC, including attorneys James P. Kelley and Sarah E. Pizzola, hereby are appointed and authorized to act as special prosecutors for the Town of Red Hook, to prosecute violations of the Town Code, including without limitation building code, zoning, noise, dangerous dog, and Agriculture and Markets, as well as Vehicle and Traffic Law offenses as authorized by the Dutchess County District Attorney. Appearance by such parties shall be subject to authorization by the Dutchess County District Attorney to the extent such authorization is required.
  2. The Supervisor is authorized to execute an engagement letter for such services at the rates set forth in the proposal on file with the Town Clerk.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
