RESOLVED

  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York, that the schedule of Building Department Fees, in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, is hereby approved, effective immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor, on consultation with the Building Department of the Town of Red Hook, has submitted a report to the Town Board regarding the costs and timeframes for approvals of applications before the Building Department, and has requested that the Town Board revise its schedule of Building Department Fees
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the information provided and has determined that the proposed revision will better reflect the reasonable and necessary costs of application review and the proposed revision is necessary for the Building Department to fulfill its duties
