RESOLVED

  1. the schedule of Planning Board Fees, in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, is hereby approved, effective immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the Town of Red Hook has submitted a report to the Town Board regarding the costs and timeframes for approvals of applications before the Planning Board, and has requested that the Town Board revise its schedule of Planning Board Fees
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the information provided by the Planning Board and the Planning Board's recommendation and has determined that the proposed revision will better reflect the reasonable and necessary costs of application review and the proposed revision is necessary for the Planning Board to fulfill its duties
