RESOLVED
- by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all of the members of the Board) Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence Deputy Supervisor Bill Hamel, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the foregoing grant agreement with the NYS DEC in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall not affect the substance thereof. Such agreement shall be approved by the officer executing such agreement consistent with the terms of this resolution.
- The Supervisor, the Town Clerk and its officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town of Red Hook, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the agreement.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.
