- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby determines that the proposed action is consistent with the policy standards and conditions of the LWRP to the maximum extent practicable.
- The Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the LWRP Consistency Form.

- WHEREAS, New York State Department of State ("DOS") has submitted a copy of a Joint Application Form for Tivoli Bays Wildlife Management Area Access Enhancement Project, including improvements to the Tivoli North Bay public canoe/kayak launch site located at the end of the access road off of Kidd Lane (the "Project"), a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, on May 2, 1995, the Town of Red Hook adopted a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program ("LWRP"), which was approved by the New York State Department of State on September 20, 1995
- WHEREAS, the proposed Project is within the Coastal Area described in the LWRP
- WHEREAS, the DOS has requested the Town's determination as to whether the proposed Project is consistent to the maximum extent practicable with the LWRP
- WHEREAS, the proposed action was referred to the Town of Red Hook Planning Board, which, pursuant to § 68-5D of the Town Code, has been designated to serve as the Waterfront Advisory Committee, and the Planning Board approved a consistency determination on May 10, 2019
- WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed the proposed action against the forty-four (44) policies of the LWRP, as described in the attached review form ("LWRP Consistency Form")
