RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby declares the following item as surplus equipment, to be sold at fair value in 'as is-where is' condition, in accordance with the procedures and on the terms and conditions set forth in this resolution: Plow Truck #TR11
  2. The Highway Superintendent is authorized to engage a reputable online auction agent approved by the Highway Superintendent at a commission not exceeding 10% for the online auction sale of the surplus equipment at a minimum bid and offering period to be determined by the Highway Superintendent, and upon completion of the close of bidding in accordance with the auction agent's procedures, such sale shall become final upon payment of the bid price to the Town. The surplus equipment shall be available for inspection at the Town Highway Department, Red Hook, New York 12571 pending sale at auction
