RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the solicitation of bids for the Project substantially in accordance with the specifications on file with the Town Clerk, with bids to be received 2:00 p.m. on June 17, 2019 or such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening.

  • WHEREAS, the Project constitutes a Type II action as defined under the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations, 6 NYCRR Part 617, which has been determined under SEQR not to have a significant impact on the environment
