RESOLVED
- The Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the County Referral IMA effective as of January 1, 2021 in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not materially affect the substance thereof.
- The Supervisor, the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the County Referral IMA.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.

- WHEREAS, New York State General Municipal Law authorizes the County to enter into agreements with local municipalities in order to determine which, if any, of the local municipal actions subject to referral under New York State General Municipal Law Section 239 may be deemed strictly matters of local determination, and therefore, not subject to the referral process; and
- WHEREAS, the County has proposed to enter into an intermunicipal agreement ("County Referral IMA") with the Town of Red Hook (the "Town") to eliminate the necessity of the County's review and comment on such local actions; and
- WHEREAS, The Town Board of the Town has determined that the proposed action is best described as a local legislative decision concerning routine administration and management considered a "Type II" action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act ("SEQRA")
