RESOLVED
- Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of election to renew the Agreement with VRI Environmental Services, Inc. for a one-year period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.
Show preamble — 3 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, an Agreement for Professional Services (Water System Operator-Water District No. 1) ("Agreement") dated January 1, 2020 was entered into between the Town of Red Hook and VRI Environmental Services, Inc. for a term of one year with an option for up to three additional one-year renewal terms; and
- WHEREAS, the Water Board has recommended that the Town exercise its option to renew the Agreement with VRI Environmental Services, Inc. for a one-year renewal period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021; and
- WHEREAS, such renewal of the Agreement is hereby determined to be in the best interests of the Town and Water District No. 1
