RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to execute and submit the Grant Application, with the Town of Red Hook as applicant, for an Empire State Development Regional Council Capital Funds program grant in the amount of $1,250,000.00, with a match of a minimum of 10% the awarded amount, or $125,000.00. Total project cost has been estimated in a Preliminary Engineering Report as $6,596,000.00.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name of and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
