Show preamble — 7 WHEREAS clauses
- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook is proposing to create a municipal sewer district pursuant to Article 12-A of NYS Town Law to serve the Traditional Neighborhood Development District corridor as set forth in a Map, Plan and Report dated May 2024 on file with the Town Clerk and as further described in the Part 1 EAF referred to herein (the "Project")
- WHEREAS, the proposed sewer district is proposed to discharge to the Village of Red Hook sewer plant pursuant to a proposed intermunicipal agreement (the "IMA")

- WHEREAS, a full environmental assessment form dated May 8, 2024 has been prepared on behalf of the Town Board and is on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, on May 8, 2024, the Town Board properly classified the Project as an unlisted action under SEQRA
