RESOLVED

  1. That the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes Supervisor McKeon, an official or employee, to act on its behalf in submittal of an application through the Consolidated Funding Application for $187,500, to be used for The Forest Park Drainage Project for a total project cost of $375,000
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook certifies that it has identified $187,500 of matching funds from the general fund pursuant to the requirements of Environmental Conservation Law Article 54, Title 15
