RESOLVED
- The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook shall hold a public hearing on May 29, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments
- The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of a public hearing in the Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of said Town, and to provide notice of the public hearing to the Clerks of all adjacent municipalities on or before May 19, 2019, which is not less than ten days prior to the date of said public hearing
- The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to refer a copy of the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments to the Planning Board for a report and recommendation thereon
- The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to refer a copy of the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development for a report and recommendation thereon
