RESOLVED

  1. The Highway Superintendent is authorized to proceed with procurement of bids for the Equipment pursuant to the OGS mini-bid procedure in accordance with the specified OGS contract terms and conditions, with an estimated cost not to exceed $78,000.
  2. The Supervisor and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things necessary or convenient in furtherance of this resolution.
