RESOLVED

  1. That the sum of $50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand dollars & no/00) be appropriated from the unexpended funds within the fund balance of the Red Hook Water District No. 1 and transferred to the RESERVE FOR TRANSMISSION
Show preamble — 3 WHEREAS clauses
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board is the governing body of Red Hook Water District No. 1
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has created Repair Reserve Funds to finance the cost of reconstruction of Water District buildings/equipment as needed in the future and to finance cost of construction of water transmission systems
  • WHEREAS, there are unexpended monies in the Water Works Operation and Maintenance Fund which the Town Board wants to transfer to the above mentioned Special Reserve Funds entitled RESERVE FOR TRANSMISSION and RESERVE FOR RECONSTRUCTION
