RESOLVED

  1. that the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the solicitation of bids for the Project, with bids to be received until 2:00 p.m. on February 13, 2020 or such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Purchasing Agent, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening
