RESOLVED
- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all of the members of the Board) has considered the recommendations of the WAC, its own analysis of the consistency of the action with the LWRP, as detailed in the Town Board's Final CAF and attachments dated July 14, 2025, and determined that the proposed action is consistent with the policy standards and conditions of the LWRP
- the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign and date the Town Board's Final LWRP Consistency Assessment Form dated July 14, 2025
- the Town Board authorizes the Town Clerk to certify the Town Board's adoption of the Final LWRP Consistency Assessment Form, shall maintain a file for the action, including the recommendations received from the WAC, and such file shall be made available for public inspection upon request
