RESOLVED

  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all of the members of the Board) that the Supervisor is authorized to execute the consultant agreement, in substantially the form on file, for services thereunder to be authorized from time to time by the Planning Board from the escrow established therefor at a cost not to exceed the aggregate amount of $10,000 without further approval

  • WHEREAS, the Town Planning Board has determined that the assistance of a specialized telecommunications consultant is required in connection with an application under review, and has selected William P. Johnson to provide consulting services for such purpose
  • WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been placed on file with the Town Clerk, with such fees to be payable from escrow established by the Planning Board for such purpose in accordance with Chapter 70 of the Town Code
