RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby approves name "Barnstormer Lane" for the common driveway as shown on Filed Map 19058B, subject to the Maintenance Agreement dated November 28, 2018 and recorded March 11, 2019 in the Dutchess County Clerk's Office as Document No. 02 2019 1656, and further subject to the provisions of the Planning Board subdivision approval and compliance with the Town highway specifications and other requirements of law. Appropriate signage shall be posted with the name of the common driveway in accordance with the Town highway specifications and the County's 911 laws, and such signage and its maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Owners.
  2. A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to Dutchess County Real Property Tax Service Agency and the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response.
  3. The Town Clerk shall send notification of this resolution to the Town of Red Hook Planning Board and the Owners.

  • WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 1, 2018, the Red Hook Planning Board granted final approval to the Rhinebeck-Red Hook-GB, LLC Subdivision shown on Filed Map 19058B ("Filed Map"); and
  • WHEREAS, a Declaration of Common Driveway and Maintenance Agreement ("Maintenance Agreement") dated November 28, 2018 executed by Rhinebeck-Red Hook-GB, LLC was recorded March 11, 2019 in the office of the Dutchess County Clerk as Document No. 02 2019 1656 with respect to the common driveway depicted on the Filed Map accessing Norton Road; and
  • WHEREAS, all property owners shown as having access via the common driveway ("Owners") have requested approval for a common driveway name of Barnstormer Lane; and
  • WHEREAS, the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response has confirmed that there are no conflicts with the proposed name
