RESOLVED
- The execution of the 2024 Paving Contract Contractor for the 2024 Paving Project with A. Colarusso & Son, Inc. pursuant to a 2024 Quick Quote for NYS OGS Award #23201 is hereby approved in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with an estimated cost of $294,262.50, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance as required by the specifications.

- WHEREAS, NYS OGS Contract Award #23291 (Comprehensive Bituminous Concrete (OGS Statewide) Asphalt Mix) has been made available for use by political subdivisions such as the Town, and the Town Highway Superintendent has obtained a 2024 Quick Quote from A. Colarusso & Son, Inc. ("Contractor") pursuant to the procedures established for use of NYS OGS Award #23291
- WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has recommended that the Town award a paving contract to the Contractor for a portion of the projects included in the Section 284 Agreement executed for 2024 requiring asphalt pavement, including Fraleigh Lane from State Route 9 to Cul de Sac, Old Post Road North from Spring Lake Road to State Route 9, and Pitcher Lane Extension from Old Post Road North to State Route 9 as described in the Section 284 Agreement, with an aggregate estimated tonnage of 3,325 ("2024 Paving Project") pursuant to the 2024 Quick Quote, and has determined that such the price so obtained is the best price obtainable
- WHEREAS, a form of agreement to award the 2024 Paving Project to the Contractor is on file with the Town Clerk ("Contract")
