RESOLVED

  1. the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the County Procurement IMA in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not materially affect the substance thereof
  2. the Supervisor the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the County Procurement IMA
  3. this resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Town of Red Hook Town Board a form of intermunicipal agreement ("County Procurement IMA") between the County of Dutchess (the "County") and the Town of Red Hook (the "Town") regarding assistance from the County with central purchasing services
  • WHEREAS, The Town has determined that the proposed action is best described as a local legislative decision concerning routine administration and management considered a "Type II" action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act ("SEQRA")
