RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby amends number 2(a) of the 2024 284 agreement and authorizes the Highway Superintendent to expend highway funds in an amount not to exceed $304,000.00 for permanent improvement of the following Town Highway(s) as more specifically provided in the attached Agreement: Old Post Road North, starting at Spring Lake Road and leading to US 9; Pitcher Lane Extension, starting at Old Post Road North and leading to NY 9; Fraleigh Lane, starting at NY 9 and ending at Fraleigh Lane cul-de-sac
- The Town Board hereby amends number 2(b) of the 2024 284 agreement and authorizes the Highway Superintendent to expend highway funds in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00 for permanent improvement of the following Town Highway(s) as more specifically provided in the attached Agreement: Yantz Road starting at Orlich Road and leading to Stone Church Road; Oriole Mills Road starting at Stone Church Road and leading to the beginning of the unpaved portion on Oriole Mills Road, resuming at the end of the unpaved portion of Oriole Mills Road and commencing to Old Rock City Road; Sunrise Drive starting at Yantz Road and leading to Yantz Road; Sunset Terrace starting at Sunrise Drive and leading to Cul de Sac
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.

- WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 284 of the Highway Law, moneys levied and collected in the Town for the repair and improvement of highways, and received from the State for State Aid for the repair and improvement of highways, shall be expended for repairs of certain town highways as provided herein
- WHEREAS, the Town authorized the 2024 284 agreement on January 9, 2024
- WHEREAS, attached hereto is a proposed revision of number 2(a) of the 2024 Agreement amending the January 9, 2024, agreement for the expenditure of certain Highway moneys
