RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes and approves the Handbook Amendments in the form on file with the Town Clerk
  2. The Supervisor and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Employee Handbook as updated by the Handbook Amendments
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
