RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor or, in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, to execute and submit the Grant Application as project sponsor.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Local Government Efficiency Grant Program which provides technical assistance and competitive grants to local governments for the development of projects
  • WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Town of Red Hook ("Town") to submit the Local Government Efficiency Grant application for a municipal shared sewer service study for the Route 9 corridor project ("Grant Application")
  • WHEREAS, the maximum amount of the Grant Application to be applied for is $30,000 by the Town, subject to a 50% match, for a total estimated project cost of $60,000
