RESOLVED
- by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all of the members of the Board) the Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof.
- the Supervisor the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Intermunicipal Agreement.
- this resolution shall take effect immediately.
