RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to accept the foregoing bid for the Cookingham Community Solar Project and execute a contract with Harvest Power, LLC in such form provided by the specifications, subject to the provision of evidence of insurance and bonds and such further documentation as required by the bid specifications
  2. this resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, pursuant to a notice of public bids authorized by resolution dated May 12, 2025, sealed bids were solicited for the installation of a 0.7491 MW community solar array on an approximately 4 acre portion of the 11.16 acre parcel 134889-6273-00-530088-0000 and 1348016272-07-550997-0000, located adjacent to the Cookingham Farm property west of Route 9 (the "Project")
  • WHEREAS, specifications for the Project were prepared by T&B Engineering and Landscape Architecture, P.C., a professional corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York
  • WHEREAS, sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on May 27, 2025, after due notice pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, with bids received as set forth on the tabulation included in the engineer's recommendation letter on file with the Town Clerk
  • WHEREAS, the bid of Harvest Power, LLC in the amount of $1,816,320 for the Project has been determined to be the lowest responsible bid for such work as specified in the specifications on file with the Town Clerk
