RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby approves the application for large assembly (Mass Gathering) for Red Hook Sea Raiders subject to the conditions in the form of application on file with the Clerk, and subject to the following additional conditions: The applicant will endeavor to have an on-site emergency response unit.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook Town Code Chapter 44 requires mass gatherings to obtain approval by the Town Board of a permit in accordance with Chapter 44 of the Town Code
  • WHEREAS, Red Hook Sea Raiders and property owner Recreational Park of Red Hook (collectively the "Applicant") have submitted their application for a large assembly (Mass Gathering) in accordance with Chapter 44 of the Town Code for a Dutchess/Ulster Swim Organization Swim Team Championship Meet to be held Saturday August 2, 2025 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a rain date of Sunday, August 3, 2025 at the same times
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, having reviewed the application, determines to approve the application subject to the conditions set forth in the form of application on file with the Clerk, together with the additional conditions set forth herein
