RESOLVED

  1. The attached Fee Schedule is hereby approved and is on file with the Town Clerk, with such changes as shall be approved by the Supervisor and which do not affect the substance thereof.
  2. The Supervisor, the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the Fee Schedule.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook has, by Local Law No. 1 of 2020, amended Chapter 63 of the Town Code, entitled "Dogs," to eliminate the list of impoundment fees therein and instead require any such fees to be set forth in a fee schedule established by resolution of the Town Board
  • WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town to establish a fee schedule for dog impoundment fees in order to enforce its dog control regulations
