RESOLVED
- The Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to authorize payments to Central Hudson in the aggregate amount of up to $48,129 at the times required by Central Hudson.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.

- WHEREAS, The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook is considering the installation of a 0.7491 MW community solar array on an approximately 4 acre portion of the 11.16 acre parcel 134889-6273-00-530088-0000 and 134801-6272-07-550997-0000, located adjacent to the Cookingham Farm property west of Route 9.
- WHEREAS, The Town of Red Hook was notified of the award by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority ("NYSERDA") of an additional grant in the amount of $175,000 (the "Grant") for the Project.
- WHEREAS, On November 12, 2024, the Town Board classified the proposed project as an unlisted action under SEQRA and declared its intent to serve as lead agency in a coordinated review of the project.
- WHEREAS, On December 10, 2024, the Town Board adopted a negative determination of significance finding that the project as proposed will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts.
- WHEREAS, The Coordinated Electric System Interconnection Review (CESIR) from Central Hudson states that the estimated upgrade cost is $48,129.
- WHEREAS, 25% of the cost of the project must be received to progress the project.
