RESOLVED
- The Agreement for Professional Engineering Services (the "Engineering Agreement") between the Town of Red Hook and each of the firms identified above is hereby approved in substantially the form on file with the Town Clerk
- The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Agreement between the Town each such firm, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor, with the rates and charges set forth in their proposal on file with the Town Clerk

- WHEREAS, The Town of Red Hook issued a request for proposals for Engineering Services dated December 2020 for a variety of services required by the Town, including Town highways, sidewalks and drainage; parks and recreational facilities, Town campus, Water District, Lighting District, and any other Town owned properties; capital projects; grants and capital planning; review of local laws and highway specifications; Planning Board consulting services; Zoning Board consulting services; and surveying services
- WHEREAS, After review of the proposals received, the Town Board has determined to enter into an Agreement for Professional Engineering Services between T&B Engineering and Landscape Architecture, P.C. and the Town of Red Hook to provide a portion of the professional engineering services needed as designated by the Town from time to time, including services relating to parks and recreational facilities, Town campus, Water District, Lighting District, and other Town owned properties; capital projects; grants and capital planning; review of local laws; Planning Board consulting services at the request of the Planning Board; Zoning Board consulting services at the request of the Zoning Board of Appeals; and surveying services
