RESOLVED
- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook hereby adopts the Amended Harassment Policy for the Town and its employees in the form on file with the Town Clerk.
- This Amended Harassment Policy replaces the existing Town Employee Handbook Appendix III and the section entitled "Anti-Harassment", and a written copy of this Policy shall be posted and provided to employees as provided in such policy.
- The Supervisor and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the Amended Harassment Policy.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.
