RESOLVED

  1. The Town Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to submit an application to the New York State Department of State for grant funding in an amount not to exceed $150,000, to fund a portion of the costs of the Project.
  2. The officers, employees, and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee, or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of this resolution.
