- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ("Town") and Tighe and Bond entered into an Agreement for Professional Services dated as of January, 2021 ("Agreement for Professional Services"), copies of which are on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, Tighe and Bond has provided a task order for engineering services for the Town in connection with the Preserve at Lakes Kill
