RESOLVED

  1. The Town Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to submit an application to NYS OPRHP for a grant amount not to exceed $675,000 to fund a portion of the costs of the Project.
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of this resolution.
