RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the volunteer construction of the proposed utility shed at the Rec Park and acceptance of the donation of cash and materials towards such Project, with the remaining portion to be funded by the Town from the General A Fund
  2. Building permit fees are waived for the Project
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of materials is $10,000
  • WHEREAS, the Project plan and its construction by volunteers will be subject to review by Recreation Director John Kuhn and Doug Strawinski, Chair of the Rec Commission
