RESOLVED
- The private driveway named 'Martins Lane' is hereby officially renamed 'Eden Knoll', subject to the provisions of the applicable subdivision plat and site plan, and compliance with the highway specifications and other requirements of law. Appropriate signage shall be posted with the name of the private driveway and such signage shall be the responsibility of the Owner. A certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to Dutchess County Real Property Tax Services. The Town Clerk shall send notification of this resolution to the Town of Red Hook Planning Board and the Owner

- WHEREAS, the owner of tax parcel 6172-00-008190 (FM 9781, Mandara, Inc. Minor Subdivision), contacted Dutchess County Real Property Tax Services to review a proposed private drive name on said parcel, and requesting approval for the private drive name
- WHEREAS, that Suzy Welch and John R. Musicaro, Jr., as co-trustees, as sole owner(s) of the property along said driveway as shown in the records of the Town Assessor, have requested approval for a revised private drive name
- WHEREAS, the Dutchess County Department of Emergency Response has forwarded its letter dated July 10, 2020 indicating that there are no conflicts with the requested name
